One of my go to places for noodles - always flavorful, always fast and always quality ingredients. the garlic noodles are my fave in the oc — you gotta try it. esp with your fave protein and the coveted green sauce. Banh mi sandwiches are pretty big and the bread is fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend for good quality food that’s super convenient and fast!

Saiga is the best vietnamese eatery for high quality food that will satisfy any craving. I truly fell in love with their pork belly it is crispy and the flavor is amazing. I also love their lemon Guava green tea. They have indoor seating and plenty of parking available.

Eggroll were pretty good, the sweet chili sauce has a nice kick. The grilled Pork Vermicelli. Meh. Came out about 2 minutes after ordering......the Pork was barely warm. Seems like tossed in microwave for 30 seconds as bowl was assembled. Been eating Vietnamese food since 1985, there are much better places. I really hoped it would be a true hole-in-the-wall great find.

Quick, tasty, and inexpensive. This place hits the spot and is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. If you want Pho, they serve the broth seperate from the rest so it's easy to take it to go too!

Looking for a quick but tasty lunch before the year end? Saiga’s crispy pork belly got ur tummy. Plenty of parking, easy stop, noodle dishes around $14. The pork belly garlic noodles are super flavorful — juicy meat, perfectly crispy skin, not greasy at all. Vermicelli and spring rolls are solid, and the lychee green tea is super refreshing.
